Q1: How do I test the product after I receive it?

A1: For device testing, you need to prepare a network analyzer, first. Then, place the antenna in an open area and raise the antenna reflector to a height of 1.5 meters above the ground for testing.

Q2: When I got the antenna, but I don't know how to install it ,What should I do?

A2: We will take a video of the antenna installation for you, and if you still have problems, we will hold an online meeting to solve the problem for you.

Q3: If problems happen to this antenna, what should I do?

A3: Our warranty period is 1 year from the date of signing the contract, during which if there is any problem with the antenna, our technicians will solve it for you in the form of an online meeting.

Q4: When I get this antenna ,for this antenna working ,any other parts I need to prepare?

A4: For antennas only, we have provide all parts, you don't need to prepare, only install is ok.

Q5: Can you provide me with a sample?

A5: Of course, we can provide you with samples, and we support to provide paid samples.In addition, if you want to have a better understanding of the product, you can come to our factory to investigate, and our technicians will introduce the products to you in detail.
